Your membership
A free Syndicate Account is your membership. It provides access to site features, with no additional membership requirements or benefits currently. Event entry fees and jersey purchases are separate.
Information we keep
We store your account email, display name, password hash, verification status and account role. We also keep player links, event registrations, submitted results and jersey order details you provide. Session cookies keep you signed in. Administrative changes and email delivery records support operation and correction of the service.
What is public
Display names, competition results, statistics, rankings and published Poker participation and hands may be visible publicly. Account email addresses, private player identity links and jersey order contact details are not part of public competition records.
Who uses private information
Authorized Syndicate administrators use information to manage accounts, verify player matches, run events and fulfill jersey orders. Cloudflare hosts the service and its data. Brevo delivers account and order emails.
Corrections & deletion requests
Email us to request account correction or deletion and describe the information involved. We may need to verify account ownership. We will explain how the request affects account data and historical competition records. Deleting an account does not automatically erase verified event results.
Other services
Scoreholio handles its own registrations and data. Its links remain external to Syndicate. Contact Syndicate if you need help identifying the correct player record.
